Le mot de la fin
J’ai personnelement suivi ce livre depuis les premiers chapitres grâce au programme MEAP (Manning Early Access Program) de l’éditeur Manning.
Ce programme permet, dès les premiers chapitres disponibles, de pouvoir pré-commander la version e-book et d’avoir en prime l’accès aux chapitres au fil de l’eau. Cela permet en plus, pour les écrivains d’avoir un nombre bien plus élevé de relecteur.
Si vous avez des ouvrages qui vous interesse chez Manning, je vous invite très sincèrement à ne pas hésitez à participer au MEAP, cela permet d’avoir une bonne idée de l’avancement du livre, et aussi de participer à l’effort collectif pour en faire un bon ouvrage.
Ayant acheté aussi les deux autres E-Book concernant Wicket (Pro Wicket et Enjoying Web Development with Wicket), je considère “Wicket in Action” un cran au dessus. Comme l’a dit Geertjan Wielenga, c’est vraiment la bible de Wicket.

Moi je vais l’acheter mais la version “Dead Tree” car je suis un peu “old school”
Même si c’est complètement inexacte que le papier est “dead tree”
